Is Miss Mofo Australian owned? Yes, we are proud to be 100% Australian owned and operated.
Where are Miss Mofo products printed? All of our products are printed onto locally sourced products in our Melbourne Factory
Where do you deliver? We offer Australia wide delivery.
When will I get my order? Miss Mofo prints orders 5 days a week with the majority being dispatched with 3-5 days business days.
What is your return and exchange policy? All of our products are custom printed so we can only except a return or exchange if your product is deemed to be defective or damaged. So please choose carefully as we are unable to help if you simply change your mind.
How do I contact Miss Mofo? Miss Mofo is solely an online business so send all correspondence to missmofoau@gmail.com and she will get back to you as soon as she can.
Are your products safe for my family home? The entire Miss Mofo collection is printed onto locally sourced quality products with eco-friendly HP latex ink that is ideal for sensitive environments.
Does Miss Mofo ship overseas? Sadly we do not currently ship our products overseas but who knows what the future may hold.
Can I change or cancel my order? Miss Mofo custom prints all of her products at the time that the order is placed, so she will only except an order change or cancellation if it is received prior to printing. Once your order is printed it will be packed and dispatched with no change or cancellation possible.
Do the wall stickers rip, wrinkle or stretch? No, they won't. They are printed onto quality self-adhesive products that are locally sourced from reputable manufacturers.
Are your wall stickers glossy or matte? Our range of wall stickers are printed onto a self-adhesive product with a matte fabric finish.
What if I change my mind? Miss Mofo custom prints all of her products at the time that the order is placed, so she will only except a change of mind request if it is received prior to printing. Once your order is printed it will be packed and dispatched with no change or cancellation possible.
Are the posters a good quality paper? All poster prints are printed onto thick durable paper that is FSC Certified with a smooth Matte Finish.
Can your wall stickers be removed or repositioned? Yes, our wall stickers are re-movable, re-usable and re-positional. However, the more you handle the product you increase the chances that dust, body oils and other contaminants will come into contact with the adhesive which will reduce its ability to be re-stuck. If this occurs it is not a product defect or covered under our return/exchange policy.
How do I install my wall stickers? Make sure your wall is clean and dry then simply peel and stick, its that easy!
